Let me introduce myself a bit. I’m a certified Yoga and Fitness coach, who shares wellness with everyone who will listen. I’m passionate with a healthy lifestyle, on the mat, in the kitchen, with Jesus and in the gym. I have lived my life like that for at least 16+ years. My yoga practice is far from perfect, yet effective and well rounded. I love people and want them well and age gracefully. Life is too short to miss out on fun and yet health and wellness are so important for all of us. It is never too late to start Healthy Habits.
