Balance in Life – Part I
Life is about BALANCE – Part IBALANCE in Life is moving you forward, achieving goals and gearing towards great success. It allows you to feel peaceful, powerful, and/or content.
Life is about BalanceYou cannot expect results when you live life on a 50/50 scale. For instance, in my life I try to find balance in three areas. First in my spiritual life, second in my professional life, and third in my family life. Above all things, Balance and Priorities are linked.
“Show me your priorities and I can show you if your life is balanced.”You need to be a egocentric. Not letting others and business rule your life and schedule. There is a healthy selfishness just being an individual.
Did you know?An estimated 20% exercise and 80% nutrition is balance? Balancing your fitness life is vital to your every day living. You need to have balance with in your workouts. Somedays you may push yourself to the limit and other days you need to stretch only, take a break, rest, and resist the urge to exert yourself physically. There’s a balance in your emotional wellbeing. If you rely too heavily on drama, friend, conflict, strife or entertainment, you need to take a step back and enjoy solitude. What about dieting and eating. Allow yourself a cheat day. Or perhaps this means for you to enjoy that ice cream, chocolate, or candy. Forcing yourself into a strict regimen on a day to day basis will exhaust you and you will experience a burnout. First of all, balance plays a role in your social life. Second you should meditate on the solitude and the quietness. So simply learn to sit still and be alone for at least a few minutes a day. And last but not least, do activities that bring enjoyment to you. Forcing yourself into certain activities will backfire. The last thing you want is to stress all areas of your life. Therefore it is vital that you establish stability to all aspects of your life. My point? Find what brings you true happiness. Contentment is not a matter of feeling. It’s a matter of being.
LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE
First of all, if you don’t live and you don’t love.
Second, if you don’t love you don’t laugh.
